2011.12.01 C++0x in SDJ - part 4

i do mention this with a little delay, since i had a lot on my mind recently. SDJ forgot to send typesetting of the final article for us to review (and of course there are some bugs - as usual in the first version of anything). but here it is - part 4 of C++0x article series. this time lambda expressions are the main topic. since this is one of the killer features, it is a specially worth learning! :)
